What is Chin Tip Filling?
Symmetry means the structural and formal similarity of two regions separated by an axis with respect to the axis. Structural and formal similarity is determined by the conformity of placement, shape and size between two or more than two objects in these regions.

Why is chin tip filling done?
The need for chin tip filling is mostly concentrated in cosmetic demands that manifest themselves in the form of looking aesthetically more beautiful without any structural problems. Chin tip filling is preferred as the most effective application to meet cosmetic demands due to the fact that there is no incision in the chin area and no surgical scar, it is cheaper than chin prosthesis (implant), which is a different surgical application, there is no need for general anaesthesia and no additional treatment after the intervention, the desired appearance can be achieved within 2-3 days, normal life can be returned to normal life quickly and most importantly, the effect of the application is temporary.
Jaw tip filling; It is a temporary method to try different jaw line formations. At the end of this period, when it is desired to maintain the same jaw structure, repeat applications are performed. Repeat applications may become more expensive than chin tip prosthesis applications in the future. For this reason, chin tip filling is mostly requested by people who want to change the jaw structure permanently, for trial purposes before chin tip prosthesis.
However, in some people; it is seen that the chin is larger or smaller than the face, the jaw line is unclear, slipped and asymmetrical according to the axis of symmetry, and some people have sagging under the chin.
